Broca de Muro manmade well

Better known as the “fundeiro” well, has its origins in the diversion of the natural course of the streams, carried out by men and women with the aim of increasing the extension of agricultural land. In addition to this advantage for agriculture, the passage of these waters through uneven terrain led to the creation of magnificent waterfalls and natural pools much appreciated by tourists, some more visible near the roads and others more protected in the green fields. They are undoubtedly spectacular places to bathe in the summer.
