Fraga da Pena

Fraga da Pena is located at about 750 meters of altitude and is a natural viewpoint in a large granite Tor from where you can glimpse a wide panoramic view of Serra da Estrela and the Mondego Valley. Taking advantage of the strategic importance of the place, in the surroundings of Fraga da Pena there are traces of fortified structures whose age goes back to the Bronze Age.
