Bread-making Workshop with Vim do Monte

In the mountain village of Videmonte, in the municipality of Guarda, the Bread Workshops are held, organised by the Vim do Monte project.

Every Saturday at 9.00 am, subject to a minimum number of participants, these are unique opportunities to get your hands dirty, learn ancient skills and celebrate one of the village’s greatest traditions: rye bread.

From grain to bread, keep it simple: flour, water and salt, a combination as ancient as it is powerful.
